Where is my verification email?

We use a third party email service and sometimes there maybe server related issues, or deliverability issues due to your email provider. Also please make sure you check your junk / spam mail folders in case the email was sent there. Please allow some time for the email to be sent as there might be a queue. If you have not received the verification email within a few hours, please email us with your account username and we can manually activate your account.

Why did I not receive any quotes?

Once you submit your quote request it will be sent to all businesses that match your criteria. Once submitted you will be shown the total number of businesses we sent your request to. You can also get an indication when creating your request when selecting the category. We do not however guarantee any quotes. It is upto the business to view, respond and carry out any quoted work.

The app keeps crashing, what do I do?

We have encountered some situations which can cause the app to crash, however in some of these cases the crash is being caused by the users phone settings or certain criteria.

The app crashes when the user selects a photo from the phones gallery:
In this case please make sure that the photo you have selected is actually saved on the actual device or sd card and is not a placeholder for an image stored online such as on iCloud or Google Drive. To resolve this select that photo in your phones Photo app and then download it to your device.

The app crashes when you try to take a photo in the app:
Currently if you take a high resolution image using your camera the app will not be able to load it in due to large file size, there is also an upload limit size on images. So we advise that you lower the photo resolution (megapixels or lower resolution) while using this app, via the phone camera settings.

The app does not install:
If you trying to install the app to your phone and you get some error, read the error as it might explain how to resolve the issue. if not then try to make sure there is enough storage space on your phone to download and install it. If you are ‘sideloading’ or installing the app directly from our server then you need to make sure your phone’s settings allow this, for example on Android you need to allow installing apps from third parties or ‘unknown’ third parties.

Can I Sign Up For Free?

As a business user you can create a free account and also a free business listing. In order to recieve quote requests from our users you will then need to start your Live Quotation membership, which you can purchase in 30 day blocks. You can purchase our membership via the app via the More -> Purchases section. You can also purchase or extend any membership via BACS or Paypal by contacting us. Paypal is a secure third party payment processor that takes payments via bank transfer, debit or credit cards.
